A rendering of the HSBC Building in Hull has been released as part of the project’s plans.

Many Hull-based businesses, including national framework supplier Pagabo and software management firm Sypro, as well as their partner company, Social Profit Calculator, will be able to operate out of the refurbished facility.

In the heart of the city, individual and shared workstations, meeting room facilities – perfect for video conference calls, podcast sound booths, a private members club, and restaurant facilities will all be readily available.

Garness Jones is in charge of lettings, and the ground-floor room has already been fully filled as a result of the high level of interest shown at the outset. The first, second, third, and fourth floors of the building still have space and conditions that are negotiable, as are the ground and basement levels.
